I am an associate professor of organizational behaviour at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, where I conduct research on the future of work and conflict resolution in the workplace.
I teach organizational behaviour and negotiation at McGill-Desautels in the B.Com, M.B.A., Ph.D., and Executive programs.
Academic Journey
I was born and raised in France. After graduating from Sciences Po and ESSEC, I began a Ph.D. in management that had me live in three different countries – France, Luxembourg, and the United States.
At Paris-Dauphine University, I studied under Prof. Francois Mariet and Prof. Dominique Roux. At the University of Luxembourg, I learned from Prof. Jean-Luc Arregle and Prof. Nicolas Jonard. Finally, at New York University, I worked under the supervision of Prof. Batia Wiesenfeld and Prof. Yaacov Trope.
After defending my dissertation with honors in 2014, I was offered a tenure track position at McGill University, in the Desautels Faculty of Management. McGill-Desautels awarded me tenure in 2022.
