The Originals and the Next Gen enter with different histories, contributions, and communication styles, and the disagreement pulls financial questions into broader conversations about norms, fairness, and identity.

Participants work through the gap between intention and perception, the role of unspoken expectations, and the challenge of deciding whether to repair a strained collective or formalize a split.

The exercise gives instructors a clear platform to explore group to group negotiation, trust repair, cultural style differences, and how shared resources take on symbolic meaning when relationships begin to fracture.
