I am an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, where I conduct research on the future of work and conflict resolution in the workplace. In addition, I teach Organizational Behaviour and Negotiation at McGill-Desautels in the B.Com, M.B.A., Ph.D., and Executive programs.

My academic journey began in France, where I was born and raised. After completing my undergraduate studies at Sciences Po and ESSEC, I pursued a Ph.D. in Management that took me to three different countries – France, Luxembourg, and the United States.

During my doctoral studies, I had the privilege of studying under several esteemed professors, including Prof. Francois Mariet and Prof. Dominique Roux at Paris-Dauphine University, Prof. Jean-Luc Arregle and Prof. Nicolas Jonard at the University of Luxembourg, and Prof. Batia Wiesenfeld and Prof. Yaacov Trope at New York University.

After successfully defending my dissertation with honors in 2014, I was offered a tenure-track position at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. In 2022, I was awarded tenure, cementing my position as a permanent member of the faculty.
